I love Bethlehem area around Christmas time...there is something to say about the people moving about in the Christmas Spirit. I visited this market last year and I have to say,,it was fun...but please bring extra spending money as you will definitely find quite a few gift items. For those of you who don't know..the Entertainment.com book offers 2 coupons... More

If you are looking for something "different" you will find it here. It should be open all year.

This was not our first trip to the market and for sure will not be our last. Lots of wonderful things to look at and buy. We liked the new location and enjoyed what is happening in the Steel Stacks area.

Save your money. A complete rip off. I am still trying to figure out what i spent my entrance fee for. There are plenty of local arts and crafts dealers that will let you shop for free.

Spent Sunday at the Bethlehem Christkindlmarkt. Lots of average craft booths, mediocre food (except the strudel booth), and a lackluster band. I don't know if it was because it was the last day of the market or what, but the atmosphere was blah as were most of the crafts. The one exception was the Kathe Wohlfahrt booth - got some... More

Bethlehem's Christkindlmarkt was one of the biggest disappointments and rip-offs I've encountered. There is nothing particularly "Christmas-y" about it. It is basically a craft fair, and not a very good one at that. In addition, there were ads mentioning traditional German gifts and food. There were maybe 2 booths with German items. The $8 admission is ridiculous, especially since it... More

I have to laugh at all of the reviews complaining about how expensive the crafts and entrance fees are, how the food is "run of the mill flea market food", and how crowded it is. If you are trying to avoid crowds, expense and unhealthy (but yummy) food - why oh why would venture within 50 miles of a place... More

The Market itself was very similar to previous years, but the location was absolutely terrible--it felt as if they were challenging me to find the location. I think the location diminised from the overall experience tremendously!

I've found some nice gifts here and the snacks are good, too.
