The tour was broken into two parts - one for learning about the science/nature of beer and another for learning about artisan's cheese. The tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with our questions. I highly recommend it to any Philly tourist looking to get off the beaten bath or to a Philly foodie. more
