We visited 3 ships and a submarine. The submarine is really an outstanding experience, a ounce in a lifetime experience. The tall ship was also memorable. The USS Constellation, a war vessel, is not included in the package, but its well worth the extra $5. Take the time to listen and ask question to the volunteers on board. If you... More

It was cool to board old and new ships as well as retired submarine. The kids love the self tour and if you're there in the afternoon time, definitely head up to the Constitution ship for firing of the midday cannon.

There are four ships permanently tied up at piers in the Inner Harbor, and all are worth a visit. The most famous is the Constellation, built in 1853, a classic sailing ship. The Trosk, a WWII submarine, is fascinating. The other two include the last ship to survive Pearl Harbor.

We opted to tour two ships and really had a great time. Once on board, you can just wander around. Wear comfy shoes and be prepared to walk and climb around a bit.Touring at our own pace really appealed to us. We thought that the restoration and historical information was very well presented. The Inner Harbor has lots to offer... More

Hubby convinced me to tour the USS Constellation with him and I was glad I did. The ship is huge with lots of informative displays. Pretty neat!

Visited Baltimore in April, & spent the day in the port. Because of time we saw 2 ships. with AAA card there is a discount, we forgot ours! that day, we choose the Torsk Sub & Uss Constellation, Both ships had self guided tours, with a canon demo on the USS constellation, 3 floors to explore, not for bad knees!... You can visit 1-4 ships in the Inner Harbor. Each one has an additioal fee. We choose 1 ship and the submarine. We really enjoyed the on your own visit. The historic ship may not be easy for someone with disabilities to enjoy because there are 4 levels with steep stairs. The submarine was cramped as you would imagine, the... More

There are a number of wonderful maritime treasures in Baltimore. The sloop of war, USS Constellation, is a great stop for children and fans of naval power. A second ship meriting a family visit is the USCGC Taney, a treasury-class Coast Guard cutter.

It's not like the USS Constitution as the guns are plastic but it is very well done and you can visit all decks getting a good feel for life aboard this civil war era vessel. Note that they have confirmed this ship was built in 1854 and has a few pieces from the original Constellation but it is not the... More
