After the initial familiarization of how to ride a segway, this was the best sightseeing fun we have had for years! Friendly, knowledgeable (and patient) guide took us on a great tour around Baltimore. We took the one hour tour ($45) but if we ever get back to Baltimore it will be the two hour tour. We had a spare afternoon in Baltimore and had seen the Segways the day before. What fun!! We scooted all around the harbor and then did a little "extreme riding". My mom and I went on a Segs in the City tour in Annapolis. The tour guide was nice, but neglected to explain to us that hidden in the wordy waiver we had to sign was a surcharge. We were very surprised when we reviewed our bank statement and found that more than we had authorized had been taken out.... more
We introduced a damage waiver after many requests from customers that wished to absolve themselves of the problem of accidental damage to the Segway. The damage waiver is very similar to the rental car industry. And you can bet that $5 does not pay for anything to be replaced on a segway!. To select this option you need to accept...
