The $60 for the tour could have been better spent somewhere else. The boat was uncomfortable and when we finally did see dolphins it was hard to catch a glimpse with everyone fighting to find an open railing. The tour guide and Captain were nice and did provide narration, but nothing of note that I could tell you about now.... More

Pleasant enough. Saw the river and three dolphins. Good commentary. Be clear that this is not a tour of the huge working port... but we did see several huge container ships in transit.

If you love the water and dolphins, you have to take this tour. Make sure you stand at the front of the boat so you can feel the exhileration! If you've never seen a real dolphin in the water, then you're in for an unforgettable experience!

First we got an awsome tour of the river, packed with a tone of history, told by friendly staff. Then not only did we see dolphine in the river on our way out but when we actually got to Tybee, there were more than we could count. The best part is when the captain got the dolphine to surf in... It was a beauiful day in November...and we did see a few dolphins, but go for the river trip more than the dolphin sightings. The Captain was very informative and the experience was a good value. The ship is not fancy but it is stable!

Saw so many dolphins I couldn't count. On the way out and back in we learned about alot of the cost history. Very informative trip.

We were debating between this tour and one that departed from Tybee with another tour company. The decision was made for us by issues with our vehicle. Since we had no way to drive we went with what was in walking distance. The boat is fairly nice though the seating is bare, simple rows of narrow benches with no backs.... More

This was a fun ride. We saw about six to seven dolphins playing in the water.

Went on this in June of 2008 and again July 2011. Both times the captain was able to find dolphins. Video or a very fast camera is best to capture images. There is seating in front and back of the boat in the sun and them some in the middle that is in the shade. Get there early if you... More

Been on numerous dolphin tours in FLA. Captain and crew were knowledgable of the area. Not very scenic on the river, due to it being a cargo port. Lots of industry along side the river. Did find some dolphin upstream. Watched them play for about a half hour. Even saw a baby dolphin! Nice afternoon out on the river.
