We took our boys here for their spring break trip. They loved it. We had a great time. The park was wonderful and the campsites are HUGE!!! The nature trail is a great idea. My husband and boys caught fiddler crabs and it was a nice learning experience!!! highly recommend this campground!!! more

This is a beautiful lushly treed state park with numerous walking trails which are well documented. The bird life is very plentiful and waking in the morning to birdsong is heavenly. My wife and I visited Skidaway State Park recently and had a wonderful time. We just went to walk the trails and enjoy the day. The trails are easy and full of things to see, including Confederate earthworks and an observation tower. Enjoy the outdoors and plan a visit to Skidaway. more

This is one of the best state parks we've been to.Facilities were excellent ,very quiet(and there were kids playing) nice wooded and private areas,no crowding.If you are looking to visit Savannah ,and need a place to camp,Skidaway would be a good bet. more

Skidaway is a terrific place to camp. The sites are spacious, clean and even feature cable TV hookups. Twice when we arrived we found deer wandering through the campsites.
