A well-restored variety of 150-year-old railroad buildings and railroad engines and cars. My favorites are the 85-ft. roundtable and the 126-foot brick smokestack with privies around the base.

restorations ongoing in the rail yard. Very well informed employees who were excited about what they were doing everyday. How rare is that?
An incredible journey back in time to the days of the true rail experience. Besides the history be sure and pick up that unusual gift for that special person.
We love railroad history and this place gives you great insight not only into rolling stock and engines but the maintenance facilty that kept them going. Must see for railroad lovers
This is across the street from the Visitor Center and easy to find. But probably not good when raining. Great place for the rail buff - person who likes real trains, that is. There is a lot yet to be done but don't miss it if you are interested in railroad history.
