My husband and I recently attended Chef Darin's Low Country Cooking school and had a wonderful time. Darin shared so much history of the cooking in the area and made the afternoon an absolute delight. I recently took a new class at 700 Kitchen Cooking School that was coffe and dessert themed. I had no idea coffee could be so interesting. I learned how to professionally tast coffee and the a history of the popular beverage I had taken for granted. Chef Darin really knows how to mix fun & learning. I just loved it! more

Chef Darin is awesome! My mother and I took the Low Country Cuisine class and loved every minute of it! Well worth the money spent! The only down side is that I don't live closer so that I could take all of his classes! Just Do It!! more
