We were blessed to have received a Chef Darin cooking class from friends for our honeymoon. We could not have enjoyed this class anymore. It was very hands on-getting to truly prepare our meal-and had such expert guidance from Chef Darin. He is extremely knowledgeable, hilarious, and talented. The menu we made will definitely be replicated at home many times!
