This park has something for everyone. Pioneer Park has multiple museums that contain historic artifacts from the goldrush era as well actual buildings that have been moved to the site to preserve their historical presence. We only had a brief time to see anything of historic interest in Fairbanks before we had to catch a flight. Hotel clerk suggested Pioneer Park. It looks tacier from the outside than it really is. Found on the way back from downtown Fairbanks heading toward the airport. Lots of history and mini museums scattered about the grounds. The drydock ship is pretty cool with diaramas inside of the area towns back in the time of the gold rush. The miniature golf course is pretty worn down. It was still fun, but it really needs repair.... more

alaska's version of knotsberry farm. when i went there were rabbits hopping around. i had chicken fried streak and country gravy on the big boat restaurant. it was good and there was plenty, but i have simple taste. i don't like gormay restaurants.Places where the food is supose to be better because it cost more and comes in smaller portions.... more

salmon bake good but price jumped 3 dollars in 1 yr to 22.95 but it included shuttle rt to several hotel the show there was packed with very little elbow room the old boat there is boring more
