Sports bar atmosphere with Ritz prices. Food mediocre, service mediocre and atmosphere - not cozy or inviting. I will never go back.

I live in Fairbanks and play golf here almost exclusively. The newly redone clubhouse and bar/restaurant are very nice. I have eaten quite a few things off the menu and have never been disappointed. a beautiful course tucked away near the university, the nine holes available offer a wide variety of challenges and scenery. if you have a chance to schedule an appointment with tom mulka, he is absolutely wonderful, and will have you chipping out of the sand traps in no time!! definately would recommend this golf course, it's wonderful!

This is a great place to golf with the locals. Nice 9 hole golf course, great staff and Tom, the pro is an excellent instructor! If you're a visitor, get your souvenirs from the Farthest North Golf Course. Formerly this was called the Fairbanks Golf & Country Club.
