Everyone should take advantage of the rare opportunity to walk across a famous bridge. The walkway is pretty cool as most of it is wooden. We really enjoyed our walk across Brooklyn Bridge to enjoy the scenery. Watch out for the cyclists though they will usually ring their bell if you get in the way.. Great views of lower Manhattan and a great view of the bridge itself. Watch out for the fast riding bikers on the bike lane.
