It's a pretty little drive. Check out the bogs and creeks as there is often Moose, especially in the evening. You can drive it in either direction. Part of the road is gravel and some of it is one lane, so don't go to save time or be in a hurry.

we didn;t see a moose this time, but did hear the awesome elk bugleing. this is a sound of the males, seeing who is top dog!! they do this each year at this time. we drive this road all the time , from wilson to moose, to go to dornans...fav place on earth!!!
