Something different to try while visiting Gatlinburg. Pepper Place lets you try the products before you purcase them, I wasnt brave enough to try the hot sauces, but the dips and salsas were great. The only complaint I have it the lady working was walking around barefoot : ( that is a little unappetizing.

The Pepper Palace is a wonderful place to visit inside the Gatlinburg Mall(6 story indoor mall with small shops, across the street from the Ripley Aquarium). The staff is very friendly. The store is stocked with freshly made spices/dips/etc. You can sample as much as you want and the staff does not look down upon you for doing so. We... More

This is a must see place in Gatlinburg. You will find a large variety of sauces. There are sauces from mild to BEWARE. Behind the thin curtain, and up high, to keep the younger away, is the ultimate hot sauce. Even if you feel adventurous, DO NOT try this sauce. A small amount will make you look forward to dying.... I was surprised by the variety of goods they had. My husband loves the marinated mushrooms and my son loves the sweet potato butter. They were having a buy one get one free sale. We stocked up.

Plenty of free samples to find what you love. Take advantage of the "buy 5 get 1 free" deal, it is worth it. We stop here every time we're in town to re-stock on some things we love, such as the "Saucemakers Reserve". Also, they do have some things that are not hot, such as apple butter.

If you like sauces, salsas, hot, not so hot, and everything in between. This is the place for you. Like others have said. LOTS of free samples. Wonderful place.

need a sauce, well this is the place to go. Many award winning sauces. Don't miss the Sweet bourbon glaze.

Pepper Palace definitely has the greatest selection of everything hot that one can find in a retail store. Every possible brand, flavor, and novelty packaging concept of hot sauce and related products can be found here, including the biggest selection of tasteless and X rated novelty pepper sauce bottles and labels that you will probably find anywhere. You will also... More

My fiance loves salsa we probably go through a can of salsa a week, even faster if I make it from scratch. So when we happened across this shop we were thrilled. It is the neatest and most organized shop you will find in Gatlinburg. We visited the store in the Mountain Mall and the Village, the mall store is... More
