Husband and I did the canopy tour during our anniversary getaway. Staff was great and fun, we felt safe the entire time. We had a blast! Go early in the morning during the summer so it won't be so hot.

All I can say is if your in the area this is the one thing you must make sure and experience. The staff is great. The zip lining is great. The wife and I had so much fun we had to go twice. Climb Works will be on the top of the list next time we return.

This is a must do for anyone who visits the Smokeys! The folks that run this facility are the best! Ryan and Skylar were our guides and were fun and educational. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
