I'm from California originally, and have been to the actual Hollywood Wax Museum many times. This is indeed a scaled-down version, but it's still fun, especially for those who may never make it to the actual one in Hollywood. a very nice wax museum. the figures were very well done. love the fact you can stand next to the figures and take some fun photos. a little pricy , but what the heck , its a vacation so quibble about a few extra bucks here or there and lose the reason you left home in the first place. more

My boyfriend and I went to this last year. When we got home and showed our friends and family all the funny pictures they laughed so hard! We got some really good pictures there and had a good time! Most of the characters do look pretty spot on as well. I do recommend coming here for a good time! more

The best part is you can walk next to the people and take all sorts of fun pic. The only down side is its pretty small and only takes 25 mins at the most. more

We went to the wax museum because my little girls remembered having so much fun at Madame Tussards in Washington DC. The quality of some of the figures is better then others(James dean looked strangely like David Caruso from CSI Miami).
