It’s difficult to not sound too OTT but I have to say that I experienced “golfing nirvana” at Vipingo. In fact I need to take a moment......! A course par excellence! The drive up from the main road created much anticipation as we hadn’t reached the club house after 10minutes of driving. Then suddenly glimpses of fairways started to appear...

Vipingo Ridge is a championship golf course on the North coast of Kenya. It is truly exceptional and very unexpected. It is beautifully designed and built to very high standards and unexpected because you would expect to find a course of this quality in a first world country or somewhere like Dubai.
