Nothing to dislike except the searing heat! There is a small temple dedicated to Swami Vivekananda which is manned by a very erudite priest...this was the original temple before the one on the Rock was built. A visit here will be very enlightening

There are plenty of hawkers, but they are not very aggressive. It is a great place to view people and the sunrise. The local shops along the way have nice packages of snacks for 20 Rupees or so. The banana chips are savory and really good. Do be careful in the water, if you go in.

I would like to tell all the travellers to watch out the rocks which lay under the waters on the beach line. I went inside and hurt my foot by one of such rocks. But otherwise the beach is a good place to enjoy. Lot of people from all across the country come here because this place holds religious significance.

Its rocky beach with hardly any facilities. Location is good as three seas meet at this place.
