Great band, super knowledgible bartenders, even though I was tired from my long weekend in NOLA I couldn't help but get up and dance :)

A must to visit! Live music, a large selection of drinks and found my new favorite LA brewed bear, Abita, Purple Haze and Strawberry. We really enjoyed the atmosphere.
Went in the middle of the week and it was pretty empty, but the vibe was very laid back and a lot of fun. The music was ok - nothing spectacular, but not bad either. Perhaps it was my awesome group of friends, or the sazeracs I'd imbibed - either way, it was a great night.
I really enjoy going to DBA. It doesn't feel touristy and the bands are very good - a little more rock oriented then some of the other bars, which I like. They have a great selection of beers on tap (key when you need a break from all of the syrupy hurricanes) at a good price. Its also a great...

It's not like the NYC version. It has decent shows sometimes, but is touristy and smells of stale beer. Why???? Why is it the only bar in Nola where I notice the stale beer smell so much?!?!? It's me I'm sure....so have fun if you go. But I told you so.
Great place to catch several different bands. They have an extensive beer list.
Extensive and impressive bar menu, including a long list of import beers and an impressive list of scotches and just about anything you can think of to drink. If you are early enough or lucky enough, grab a seat at the end of the bar and you'll be able to see the stage, too.
Great vibe in this often-crowded club....

My husband had been here a few times for business trips& finally I had the opportunity to make it.
We were welcomed by the staff as the first band was finishing their set. That gave us time to get comfortable with bar stools & a great beer from their huge selection.
We spoke with the staff about the entertainment. They...

Visited this place twice during our stay in New Orleans. It was one of the few places on Frenchman Street that imposed a cover charge for the music, however it was a reasonable five dollars per person. The first night we went we saw Big Chief Smiley Ricks and had a great time. The second time we were really loooking...
