We experienced a cooking class taught by Frank Brigtsen. The class was fantastic. Frank was personable and eager to answer our questions. The recipes he provided are easy to follow. We will return to New Orleans and looking forward to another cooking experience.

This is a must. I learned so much. You must take a class with Frank. He's the best. It's worth every penny. The unlimited glasses of wine doesn't hurt either. lol.
