At the top of my New Orleans "MUST DO" list was a Hurricane Katrina tour. I live in the Florida Keys and can identify with the devastation hurricanes leave behind. When we went to New Orleans last week, one of our main to-do's was to take our rental car into the Lower 9th Ward, and see how the post-Katrina rebuilding was coming along - if at all.
