The snow speckled mountains rising steeply adjacent to the bay make a spectacular setting. The bay has a wild feeling which is so welcoming in our overly developed world. On our two hour boat trip out to Aialik glacier, we saw several rafts of sea otters, a family of Orcas, two humpback whales, Stellar Sea Lions, mountain goats, and Puffins.... More

We did this trip into the bay and saw our first whale within 300 yards of the harbour. Boat captian was outstanding telling us about what we saw. Saw much much wildlife.

Consider the four hour tour of Resurrection Bay wih your family, self, friend, or significant other. You will see mountain views, whales, mountain goats, Steller Sea Lions, thousands of ducks, otters, bald eagles, and other wild life. Check the marine forecast the day before going.

The water is generally calm in the Bay. Lots of wildlife! And you can see them (birds and otters) from the shore. Gorgeous scenery - surrounded by mountains.

A smaller boat, great crew, absolutely amazing whale watching to include gray and humpback whales, sea lions, otters, birds, and more!

Has abundant wildlife and few glaciers in the sea.

It is extremely high on my most favorite views ever list!!! Beautiful. Gorgeous. I absolutely love walking or parking along Resurrection Bay. The Sea Life Center is very, very close so take a walk on the wild side.
