AVPC does a fabulous job getting one on the water to either kayak or paddle board. On Sat. May 12, our son invited my wife and I to go kayaking as a Mother's Day present. Being one of the first truly warm days this spring, the wait was just over 45 min., but once on the water, who cares. The... More

Really great Mexican food and drink with a salsa bar! There is not one thing I have tried that I wasn't crazy about! I like to walk down to the dock and check out the water scene on a sunny day, but LOVE sitting out on the windowed porch on a rainy, stormy day! So NOT your typical Mexican cafe... More

Good vegetarian options, incredible margaritas and after lunch or dinner you can melt your calories away with a kayak rental downstairs. Good rates, easy access, waiting times easily dealt by waiting at the with a drink upstairs. Great way to enjoy the sun in Seattle.

Great food, several self serve salsas to choose from, Beautiful views from the large deck. Place gets VERY busy. Very casual. You order you food from a walk up window and they bring it to your table.

Is this a kayak rental place? Is it a laid back south-of-the-border cantina? Why not both? Food is great, with an ample salsa bar and decent prices. They also rent quality kayaks from the lower level for outings on Portage Bay and Lake Union. Beware of the potential for long lines on nice weekend days though.

Great food, views, and kayaks! An excellent sunny day adventure - on good days there is a wait for boats, an hour...

I'm not sure how I found out about this listing. Initially I was looking for restaurants. Their restaurant is OK but the paddling was awesome. Turns out we were there on opening day for the season and got 1/2 off our kayak rental! Sounds great to me. =) They were a little unclear about where to go, but we just... More
