More time is spent waiting in various lines (for the ship to leave and to receive the clam soup & dinner) and on the Argosy ship than on the island. Overall, we felt like we were herded cows waiting for a meal and transportation and absolutely no time was available to explore the island or learn about native american culture.... more

Visited Tillicum Village on June 15, 2008. The meal was good, expect I wish the salmon had more taste. The salmon was bland. The bread and other items were very good. The show was interesting. Over all I give it a average rating. more

Going and coming to Blake Island, sit in the back of the boat. Going, the Seattle skyline retreats; if returning in the evening, the sunset behind the mountiains is wonderful. The show was nice and the nature walk around the village is cool. I wish they served a meat in addition to the smoked fish. I loved the bread they served, I had to buy some from the gift shop to eat later. more
