My husband, myself and a friend kayaked over to blake island and decided to do the dinner show. It was $40 per person which was overpriced for what you got. It was not what I expected. It seemed to be line after line. First you had to stand in line to get your steamed clam appetizer. The clams were Maniila... more

The food was good and we all really liked the show, but it seemed overpriced for what you got and they gave you little to no time to explore the island after the meal/show was over. The biggest thing we didn't like is that you were hurried every step of the way. When you arrive at the island you have... more

More time is spent waiting in various lines (for the ship to leave and to receive the clam soup & dinner) and on the Argosy ship than on the island. Overall, we felt like we were herded cows waiting for a meal and transportation and absolutely no time was available to explore the island or learn about native american culture.... more

Tillicum Village is an opportunity to experience a bit of aboriginal culture and eat an authentic native meal featuring salmon cooked on an open fire. The price is a whopping $80.00 per person... out of a four hour experience, two hours is spent just travelling to and from the island. To top it off... if you drive to the waterfront... more

Visited Tillicum Village on June 15, 2008. The meal was good, expect I wish the salmon had more taste. The salmon was bland. The bread and other items were very good. The show was interesting. Over all I give it a average rating. more

I was very pleased with our visit to Tillicum Village. The boat ride out was very nice. You got to see some of the Harbor area and got to see the Seattle Skyline from the water. There is a spectacular view of Mt Rainear towering over the Seattle area as you go out to and back from the Island that... more

Going and coming to Blake Island, sit in the back of the boat. Going, the Seattle skyline retreats; if returning in the evening, the sunset behind the mountiains is wonderful. The show is an interesting one. Advice: Do not be the last person in the serving line as you will not have enough time to eat (and return for more)... more

My family of four (adults) took a trip to Tillicum Village last summer on a beautiful and sunny weekend. The boat ride was scenic and just the right length -- not too long, not too short (though in less desirable weather, that opinion could change). The island is a beautiful setting and the steamed clams a nice touch if you... more

the boat trip to the island was well organized and well run. the arrival at the island was fun with the the bowl of steamed clams an unusual and fun introduction into an unknown culture. The food and service was first rate with generous portions, fast , friendly service and the offer of seconds if anyone wished. There was adequate... more

The show was nice and the nature walk around the village is cool. I wish they served a meat in addition to the smoked fish. I loved the bread they served, I had to buy some from the gift shop to eat later. more
