A wonderful museum as part of our Normandy trip D-Day trip. Well thought out in layout and a wealth of information provided. 2 hours well spent! Excellent for kids as well.

A great museum very well put together and curated. See the movie. It puts everything in perspective and is a great introduction for your visit. Get a clicker for a great memento.
As we were on a tight schedule we only had about 45 minutes here. There was much to see and we could have easily spent more time. Make sure to take a picture with the church in the background.
My husband and I thought this was the best of the many D-Day museums we visited during our recent Normandy vacation. More like a collection of memorabilia than a well layed-out museum. Small in size, so easy to see in an hour or so. Video presentation was best part. About 7 euros pp.
Has a wonderful gift shop. A plane you can walk in. Lots to see. Don't miss it.

for any one visiting the D Day battlefields the Airborne Museum at St Mere Eglise is well worth the visit. The Museum is visitor friendly, and gives a very good overview of the American contribution to the success of Op Overlord.
Easy access for the disabled.
The various exhibits are very good although the maniquins showed the Americans to be...
