We flew with rust's in August . WE had a great flight longer than advertised and with good viewing having been originally on a Prince William Sound trip we were switched to a glacier and wildlife flight owing to fog in the sound. We would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone there professionalism and good service made it a highlight... more

We did the Denali sightseeing trip with Rusts. The people at the front desk were very easy to work with and went out of their way to help you. Our pilot was simply awesome and did everything he could to insure that we got great pictures. We could not have had a better experience. more

We took the glacier and wildlife tour with Rusts on 6-11-09 and had a wonderful time. The pilot took us to some wonderful views of the glaciers even though it wasnt a really clear day. He flew around and over the clouds where I got some very good photos. This was our first time in a small plane so we... more

I've been in Alaska for 6 weeks this summer and traveled all over the state. My "bear-viewing" day trip with Rust's was the most disappointing, waste of money. Not only did we not see any bears (Rust's is the only company I could find that does bear viewing in June - if there is no chance of seeing bears in... more

Hello there! We are sorry that this guest did not see bear. Redoubt Bay Lodge reliably has bear viewing in June; we would not have sent them to the Lodge is we knew that they would not see bears. Regarding the ride back, the staff at Rust's was very clear that they would not take these 2 guests to the...

We spent 2 1/2 weeks in Alaska and experienced everything we could from as far North as Barrow to as far South as Homer, and the only thing we do not recomment is flying with Rust's Flying Service. It was way too pricey, and described much too elaborate for what it actually entailed. We were leery in the first place... more

Management response from
rugosarose, Sales and Marketing Manager

It is difficult to respond to this complaint since there is not any content. The staff at Rust's is very sensitive to customer satisfaction and no one in the office received a complaint (flghtseeing is very slow in October so we would definitely notice) and we did not get a negative comment on our comment cards. We are a family...

Our first flight was rained out, so the people at Rust's called us to reschedule. We took a flight around the Knik Glacier, which is in the mountains right behind Anchorage. It was wonderful. The pilot told us what we were seeing and altered the tour a little because the weather was so nice. He took us out over Turnagain... more
