My wife and I had a great time from the moment we were picked up at the hotel by kaitlyn - the most informative and enthusiastic person we came across in Vegas. The crew at the airport who set everything up were fun, friendly and real pros who knew exactly what they were doing. The helicopter fligh into the grand... More

We found a good deal on the las vegas strip and just went for it. The price wasn't cheap, but after experiencing it, it was totally worth it. I only wish we could of spent more time at the canyon when we landed , it was amazing. Our pilot Jenifer was fun , and witty. We went on a calm... More

First, I would like to say that we are not the 'well off' kind of people and knew that this would be a once in a lifetime decision whether to do the Grand Canyon Experience by helicopter vs the bus or do it at all. After much thought, we went for broke and chose the helicopter tour and lunch stop.... More

The Helicopter trip with Serenity was a fantastic experience. All of the staff from Wayne, who picked us up at the Aria, the girls at the reception to Jim, our pilot, did a really good job. Every thing was perfect. We have never been on a Helicopter before. The flight was comfortable and Jim is obviously not only a prof pilot... More

We were told we would also fly along the strip to see the lights and that the helicopter seats 2 per seat so everybody gets a window.. not true! There are 3 in the front & 4 in the back, totally smashed in so it is hard to move. They serve beer & cheap wine, it's a half hour drive... More

It was my first experience in a helicopter. I usually get motion sickness... Was not a problem. Felt like I was in the Top gun movie. And wouldn't you know it Jim our pilot had the song (danger zone) playing. Jim was a great guide, pilot and comedian. Made us feel very at ease. That feeling you get when you... More

My friend and I went with Serenity for our West Rim Grand Canyon tour and its was nothing short of AMAZING!! The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and informative, from start to finish! Our Helicopter pilot Jim played some wicked tunes as we soared over the Canyon which added to the excitement of it all and he had a quirky... More

From the moment i walked in the door, i felt very invited. Jen was very friendly and helpful. As i waited for my tour to start i had time to look around. The place was very beautiful and clean. There were mints and some sort of snacks in bowls for guests to help them selves to. Plenty of spots to... More
