Lots of excellent stalls and antiques. Fabulous food.

We stayed in town for two weeks and shopped at the market each Sunday to stock our kitchen. Everything was fresh and of good quality. A big market with lots to see and buy. It is in a picturesque setting. parking is available but usually you have a 5 min. Walk to the market from the larger parking areas.

L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue is the flea market of all flea markets. It is intense and loaded with interesting vendors. One has to be careful about what is worth buying and then by all means "bargain" for the best price. Don't be afraid to walk away if you think the price is too high.
