As it is just downtown, it is nice to see where Lincoln worked and intended to come back to work after his term was up. Unfortunately that as not to be. Walk where Lincoln once walked as there are some original floorboards.

The Lincoln law office is located pretty close to the Presidential Library and Museum. Make sure to stop and take a look.
The lady who gave us the tour was very knowledgeable and you could tell she really loved her job. The site is run by two volunteers, they rotate taking the groups. If you are interested in LIncoln, you must stop here.
Another great place to visit to see what life was life for Abraham Lincoln. Part of the downtown area walking tour, it's a place to learn more interesting details and stories about his life.
Definitely must see but not a whole lot to see. Mostly worth saying you have been there and seen it. Donations accepted. Workers are all very nice. Our tour guide gave us a great suggestion for lunch.
This is a short tour (~20 minutes). Exhibitss and a gift shop are in the same building.

'Very Good' rating is a result of very restricted hours. Other than that, a must-visit for history nerds like myself. Literally next to the Old State Capital building, and right down the lane from good food, being able to catch the view President Lincoln had from his office is worth a small schedule rearrangement.
Worth seeing if you are near the area and have time. Upstairs is the Lincoln-Herndon Law Office and down stairs is a really nice gift shop called Tinsley's Dry Goods.
A quick stop on your Lincoln journey. Very nicely preserved. You can see where Lincoln started his law practice. He used to bring his kids with him to work, so you get a little story of how his family life was. A must see.
