I took my 2yr old son to the Children's Museum Short Pump location. It was OK. I think the downtown location would have been much better. The only thing he really enjoyed was the paint and play room that they have set up. Other than that he found the play equipment to be boring =/

This Children's Museum has a lot of things for the little ones to do. Even has an outside play area for the warmer months. Water play, climbing areas, craft area and so much more. My son loves this place. He's getting a bit old for it, though. Definitely geared toward the younger set - my son is six now.

This is a wonderful place to take your children. Our 2 1/2 year old had a blast exploring and interacting at every turn. Price is a little steep, but if yoou make it a day trip it is worth it.

We decided to hit up the museum on the last day of our visit and were there for about 2 hours but wish we could have stayed all day. It was so much fun! A little bit of everything for kids to do there!
