Had seen lots of recommendations for the CNN Tour and was glad we made it part of our trip. The building alone is interesting to look at....very unique construction indoors. Has a food court which is very handy since there aren't many convenient fast food places downtown. So, try to plan this part of your trip for mealtime. The tour... more
Visited June 2008. Felt that the cost of the tour was way too high for what the tour amounted to. I didn't feel it was very in depth. The person who conducted the tour seemed to rush everyone through each section. If someone did not have an immediate question, we were ushered into the next area. Sometimes it is nice... more
Now in writing this please do understand that Ive done the radio and tv scene professionally. I went on the CNN tour just to check it out. The admission price is $12 for an hour tour. $12.00 dollars per person to walk around 4 empty studios, not worth it. more

We went 2 times liked it both times its costs ( I think it should be free) it shows you behind the scenes things that you may not know that goes on . you should at least go once if in the area more
I thought that this tour was very interesting. Seeing behind the scenes of how it all works. The tour does has alot of stairs and you kind of feel like you are sneaking around in stairwells and stuff. You cant take any pictures of anything if you are expecting some photo ops. I'd do it again. more
The CNN Studio Tour is a harmless, somewhat interesting way to spend an hour and to see the CNN newsroom from a different viewing angle than what you see on TV. However, there's not much besides that. I visited the CNN Center and took the studio tour in January 2008 with three of my friends. Admission is $12, but is... more
