Took in a game during spring break, wearing only a light jacket, usually sufficient for all other hockey venues we have attended. Not so Phillips Arena; we froze!!!! Loved the arena, loved the staff, loved the ambience - just a greart experience. Colorful, lively, knowledgeable staff, great hockey expeience - except for the trashers (another story altogether). Seats were in nose-bleed section - but still fantastic - did notice possicle seat obstruction views - but not our problem. Great Nhl experience for $10 a seat - loved it... more
We went to a hockey game there and I left my wallet in the car. The staff was caring and understaning. They allowed me to leave and come back in. They made my daughters' first hockey game a great experience. They saved the day!!. more
Made a trip down to Atlanta a few years ago to see the Thrashers (more a less just Kovalchuk) and had a great time. The outside of the arena is very nice. Love the glass look. Once inside we had great seats, center ice, top level. Had a great view of the ice. The arena actually looked a little weird... more
The weekend of January 16th, 2005 I was in Atlanta. The Hawks game on that Saturday apparently started an hour early without notice, so I wasn't happy about that. needs to be rebuilt bad seats in sections 208 A thru M, 209 A thru M, 210 A thru M, 211 A thru M, 212 A thru M, 213 A thru M, 214 A thru M, 215 A thru M, this is about 200 seats that can not see the score board, because of a canoby that over hangs this... more
