I had never visited a Presidential Library before or even been in a city which was home to one. Of the 4 presidential libraries that I have visited in the past 10 years, I think that the Carter Presidential Library and Museum has the most beautiful flowers and plantings. Be sure to take your camera! The inside displays are good, too. The exhibit on previous presidents was a good history lesson, and the sections on conservation and nuclear proliferation... more

I had never visited a Presidential Library before and found this one to be very interesting. It gives a good understanding of the political process from running for president, inheriting any crisis the former president may have left, the challenges during your 4 years and then the process of trying to run for re-election while running the country. I toured the Jimmy Carter Presidential Library. I did not think he was a good president but I was 13 when Gritz and Fritz were elected so this was very interesting to me.
