Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The Dolphin Park is closed. A landslip caused massive pollution in the water and the dolphins perished. Not that I ever liked it as it was way too small and the dolphins suffered just so a few could jump in with them.
Dolphins are best kept where they belong...

Anyone who attends this support animals abuse of dolphins, these animals are kept locked up in small tanks and have no quality of life, they do not enjoy this swimming with people. Many dolphins have drowned themselves due to this unnatural captivity and abuse. Shame on you people .

I've always loved dolphins and this being our first holiday in years, I long wanted to achieve something by swimming with them. I actually swam with them as a kid in Eygpt when I was a toddler, I was scared tremendously and ever since then I've always wanted to go back and fix that by actually doing it, so I really wanted to tie up a loose end.

The dolphin we were assigned with was Daisy. She was HUGE! much bigger than she looked on the videos I watched prior to arrival. She felt smooth like silk, I got to kiss her, hug her for a photo and have a belly ride with her across the water. I also got to hold her fins with a little dance. The session with my group, I was by myself with a couple of other people, lasted about 15 minutes.

The 15 minutes is why I'd hold back on marking the fifth star and keeping it at four. You're only really in and out, and that's how I felt when I did the session. I was gutted on a mental level as I am now. I thought we'd get 40 minutes to an hour with Daisy but it felt like we were rushed in and out.

I came home last night from Marmaris and all I can think about now is Daisy. Not only am I gutted about coming home but the fact that I never got a chance to spend more time with Daisy. I'm thinking about her 24/7 in my holiday blues, I felt on the brink of actually crying in the airport on the way home, precisely because of how magical and mentally uplifting Daisy was, which I could've avoided if the session was much longer. I loved the session, I didn't like the short time, and that's part of why I nearly cried on the way home as we left Turkey. I wanted more time with Daisy.

Luckily I'm able to stay in touch with the booking team at the dolphin park to talk to them about Daisy and the dolphins in general. My plan is to come back to Marmaris with my family next year and I'm going to book more than one session at this dolphin park now that I know my way around the place. Unless there's another booking option that gives you a lot longer with the dolphins/and or Daisy herself.

But I loved it overall. Would improve on the times being longer for the money it is in pounds. Would I come back? yes. But if you're wanting to come back, you'd probably have to consider booking more than one session to truly feel mentally accomplished by these magical animals who somehow have the ability to leave an everlasting effect on you as Daisy has with me. I could've hugged her and swam around with her for a full hour, I love dolphins so much.

I loved the place! My mother swam with dolphin. I and my little son had an unforgettable interaction with dolphin. Our dolphin - Daisy is 35 years old (!!!!) I felt very positive energy from her. And the main thing is attention of the coaches to the dolphin and how she feels and what she is willing to do....for me it was a key thing! The dolphins are loved in this place! Thank you for our unforgettable experience!!!

This place is dirty and cruel and should be closed down. The water is filthy, the dolphins are in bad shape and are undoubtedly suffering. Please do not visit

I swam with the dolphins here on my holiday in September 2022 and ABSOULETELY LOVED IT! I got to swim, feed touch, and watch the dolphins perform tricks. The dolphins are so gentle and well behaved. You also get pictures taken with the dolphins professionally that you have the option of buying, I think it was £9 per picture. You go in with a group of people and take it in turns. I am petrified of the sea but so glad I overcame it to do this experience that I will never forget. I highly recommend buying one picture, like I did, as its a memory for life.

A shocking example of why places like this should no longer exist. All over the world people are waking up to this. Marmaris has many delightful attractions, this is not one of them.
