The MS DAR has taken Rosalie as their headquarters and are doing a wonderful job in keeping it as a living museum. The docents are very informative and can answer all questions. Rosalie has a quiet elegance that showcases Natchez past. An added bonus for military buffs, items from the USS Mississippi are in the house and on the grounds... more

This is one of my favorite Natchez homes because there are so many artifacts. The kids room is great - dolls, etc. Wonderful tour, and there's a gift shop, just in case you haven't bought enough souvenirs! The day we went there was a lady selling homeade pralines off a cart nearby - they were excellent!! more
