If you are a beginning snorkeler, Ulua Beach is a great spot. A WWII concrete gun emplacement overlooks a secluded beach full of other beginners, so you are in good company. There is no lifeguard, but there are rarely waves that would knock down a five-year-old. There are public showers and a restroom, but very little parking for this popular... more
