Such a beautiful building, much to see and much to learn all rolled into one. Every tourist should make this a must visit spot on their itinerary.

A fabulous building, helpful docents, easy to get to on the (free!) #500 bus

The loop around the building is a great place to walk and take pictures as it is partway up the hill from the city and has lovely views. The inside is gorgeous.

The building itself is quite impressive and has several interesting displays. We went on Saturday and nothing was open except the building. I was rather surprised, but I guess they don't get enough visitors on Saturday? There's a nice short hike and garden area behind the building also. Great building to see and close to downtown SLC. Probably the most interesting government building in Utah. The SLC city building has to be visited as well.

I did not go into this building, but seeing it from the distance was very impressive with the mountains as a backdrop. It is a beautiful building, similar dome to the US Capitol building. Next time, I have to go inside.
