“Terrible Experience with Reservations”

We attempted to reserve a 'Moab Arches' flight with this company. We completed the online form, received and auto responder with 'confirmed' in the subject line of the email, but reading more closely the confirmation was only of the request. So we called the company to personally confirm, and were told the flight was available and gave our credit card... More

As with every other client we are always striving for the best experience and the best service. Since our auto-response to any online request headlining "Confirmation of your form submission" lead to confusion among a few customers, we are changing it to "Copy of your form submission". Further on, EVERY client giving out a credit card number over the phone... More

We did our very first hot air ballon ride! We had a wonderful, exciting, safe, interesting beautiful adventure with Willy and Charlotte and four other passengers. We met early and drove to the launch site. Watched the entire set up process as the sun came over the mountains. Then a quick climb into the big basket and we were off.... More
