We took our balloon ride on Dec 28th.The crew was very friendly and explained all about the balloon setup and let us help get the balloon ready to fky. The flight was great and lasted over an hour. The digital pictures they gave us of the were a real plus. It was an experience to remember.

We were also canceled during the balloon fiesta in Albuquerque by Sweet Escape Balloon Rides. See saw many other balloons flying that day. We also heard reports of 5 balloon accidents that day. We were glad they canceled us. Had a great flight that weekend.

I don't know Your reasons for writing that one should beware of Sweet Escapes Balloon rides but I echo the sentiment. This company didn't give us a good experience or a good value. The ride was about 30 minutes long and the old balloon barely cleared the rooftops . Not fun.
