Gr8 place to visit. If you can drive to it, do so, as car rentals are out of sight. Also do not put off to tomorrow to vist the launching of ballons as they may not ascend tomorrow. Go your first chance and make tomorrow your second or third day/session. more

For two years in a row, we have attended the International Balloon Fiesta in Albuquerque, NM, and the second time was as thrilling as the first. Make sure you arrive early (and I really mean early!) to see the "dawn patrol." They flow before dawn, and before they go up, they give a lovely balloon light show with the propane... more

I recently saw the International Balloon Fiesta in Albuquerque and was totally amazed at the sight of hundreds of Hot Air Balloon being sent off at nearly the same time. It was quite the sight to see. There is something for everyone at the Balloon Fiesta; food, entertainment, shopping, the Balloon Fiesta Museum, fireworks and more. You wont be disappointed.... more
