Remember Salem is like stepping into a shop on Diagonal Alley. Anyone who enjoys Harry Potter will be overcome with excitement when the many treasures for sale here. The staff is friendly. I appreciate that they're open late for the night tour- which is fun. But the shop is 90% Harry potter merchandise. Eric was our guide and the shop and night walk were amazing. I plan to go back in October with a group of students. Hope we can get Eric again. He was so knowledgeable and made the tour factual with just the right amount of woo-woo.

We were lucky enough to be the only ones to show so we had a private tour. Our tourguide (Ms. Napp) was wonderful, knowledgeable and took her time explaining the places we visited and the history. Everything in the store was unique and very interesting. The employees made me feel welcomed. i purchased several items to take back home! I also joined the Salem Night Tour which i highly recommend this tour to whoever will be visiting Salem. Its a must do so don't miss out.
