And very big with a lot of animals! This is by far my favorite zoo I have been to. They offer military discounts, too. (I believe it was $2 off the admission price).

Although this zoo is improving, it still isn't as good as the zoos in Houston, Brownsville, and Ft. Worth.

Nothing special compared to other zoos. I actually liked the Austin Zoo & Dallas Zoo better. Like this place, we usually go there with the family to enjoy a day observing animals. Kids love it.

We really enjoyed visiting this zoo. We went here a few years ago, and the African animals section seems much better than in the past.
