Besides some of their tour guides behaving rudely and unprofessionally, they went as far as canceling a pre-confirmed tour by our hotel concierge without contacting us, only to find ourselves rudely advised that "your tour is cancelled, we tried to contact you last night" for a very early morning tour for which we had gotten up at 6 AM. The... More

We took the Grand Tour #1, an all day tour of eight of the greatest sights in San Antonio. Our tour guide was very friendly, funny, and full of information about San Antonio and the State of Texas. At each site, he would tell us where to go to see the best things, give us a time to meet him... More

Short tour scheduled through conference my husband is attending. About 7 of us waiting in lobby don't get picked up simply because we're waiting in the wrong side of lobby. Who knew???? No one came looking for us! By a sheer fluke a company employee picked us up--after WE flagged him down--thinking we were taking another tour. After a series... More

I highly reccomend the grand tour for anyone visiting San Antonio,. We started by being picked up in a large comfortable bus at our motel, went to the ticket center the Tea Gardens, a river walk boat cruise, the Ranger museum and Buckhorn saloon for lunch, on to the Alamo, then 3 other missions and the mexican market, and finally... We visited San Antonio recently and went on the Grand Tour which is an all day tour of the city. This is one of the best tour companies that I've used and really enjoyed Robert, our tour guide. The bus was very clean and comfortable and Robert used every opportunity to entertain and inform. This group is very professional and... More

I booked a Hill Country Wine Tour for a recent trip to San Antonio with Alamo Sightseeing Tours through Expedia. I received a voucher and followed the instructions. I called the vendor as instructed and told them where I was staying and when I wanted to take the tour. The lady told me they would pick me up at my... More

My wife and I spent four days in San Antonio in March 2011. We were told that the best tour in town was "The Grand Tour" offered by Alamo sightseeing tours. We were picked up at our hotel at 8:45 and transfered to the ticket center, where we had to wait for 45 minutes for our driver and guide. After... More
