It was a windy and rainy day on 20 Sep 09 when we went on the Marine Wildlife Tour with Captain Davey. We were initally concerned the wild weather would make for an uncomfortable outing but we were kept warm and comfortable in Esther G's heated cabin, and Captain Davey's lively commentary. What a fabulous tour. Captain Davey is personable, knowledgeable and provides a tour full of fun. We were lucky to see bubble net feeding humpbacks, rafts and rafts of sea otters, and had a totally magificent tour to what he calls "The Centre of the Universe" - St. Lazaria Island.
