Went to the newly renovated bar recently and loved it!!!!

I went to the Statler for the Ice Ball and I did not get what I was promised at all. I also felt unsafe due to the huge crowds. I plan on protesting these charges on my credit card, as they did not deliver the product that I paid for. I suggest others do the same.
