We recently (August 2009) took my husband's parents on the 12:30 pm cruise of the Miss Buffalo II. While the cruise in and of itself was very interesting (which is why I have chosen to say I would recommend) it was sometimes hard to hear and stay focused on the guide speaking on the intercom. We had one day to spend in Buffalo on the way to Toronto and it was obvious that there would be rain all day.
