Found them through an internet search and various reviews. I wanted to get my certification but had limited time frames in which to do it. I had called one of the better known and larger companies, but even with a weeks notice they couldn't do anything for me and it didn't seem to bother them. This turned out to be... More

I was trying to book a last minute dive and called Sean at Reef Pirates. He unfortunately did not have any dives scheduled when I wanted to dive, he said if I wanted to dive the next day he could take me and suggested I call a couple other shops. Shortly after hanging up with him he called back and... More

We had several different recommendations for diving in Oahu. My fiancee is a new diver with this trip being his first ocean dive. After taking our referrals and looking online, we chose Reef Pirates. I looked at all the reviews and taking out the folks who "obviously are never going to be happy" and those that complained because Reef Pirates... More

A few years ago my brother and my husband took their open water dives with Sean Deming, the owner of Reef Pirates on Oahu. After their experience we had no hesitation recommending him. In fact my husband went beyond that and encouraged a new, rather nervous diver to seek Sean out. This guy was very uncomfortable with the idea of... More

Crystal and Chase took us out for two dives and we had a blast! They are both very knowledgeable and friendly. It's always nice to dive with a group of folks who are genuinely concerned about your experience and your safety. I will definitely dive with them again the next time I am in Hawaii.

The whole crew was very helpful, attentive, and kept us laughing and entertained. Truly nice and "salt of the earth" people . Met the owner on the phone and he was personable and very responsive to all requests. One of us got dive certified and Krystal, with a "K" was thorough ,detailed and knowledgeable about the sport and the surroundings.... More

I took my advance course with Reef Pirates a few weeks ago and had an amazing time. Having a small group on the boat was perfect. They make you feel like your part of the family. I wouldn't do dive with anyone eles.

Did 4 dives over two days with this company and both were fantastic. Max groups of 6 means you're going to have a better experience - we saw other dives boats out there with 10+ people! Staff is friendly and professional - and the gear is pretty good too.
