We loved all the activities they set up for the kids from learning about their bodies, to role playing different jobs in the community, to learning about Hawai'i, and also learning about different cultures around the world. So much to "discover"! I loved how they could dress up with each activity!
Our kids (5, 3, 7mths) all loved it! There is even a separate area for kids too little to walk where the baby finally got to do something that was truly fun for him. The older two were going non-stop from the minute it opened until it closed. The cafe even offered a good selection of kid-friendly healthy food choices...

We went to the Children's Discovery Center last year in Waikiki with our then 3 year old son when it was pouring rain. It was a great place to go with lots of different areas that they can play. On the main floor, kids can become a fireman, sit in a forklift, be a ship captain, or be a newsperson....
