It is amazing to walk around Norris and watch all the small and large guisers breathing and then erupting. It is truly beautiful.

This geyser basin has so much to see - you can walk long walks or short walks, and be amazed all along the way. If you have to do just a 20 minute stop, do it! If you can spend a couple hours, even better.

Enjoyed Norris Geyser Basin. Each place has it's own beauty here in Yellowstone.

Lots of activity and hot pools but very active and sulphur smelling, not good in the heat, especially if you have a weak stomach.

We were able to walk on the boardwalk, you don't want to venture off because the water is boiling hot. The colors and the beauty of the area is outstanding.

This is a nice walk around but in the summer bring mosquito repellant. They do attack!

We took a day trip to Norris, and it is, like most of the park, much different in winter. While paths aree more stomped snow than shoveled, walking around is easy. The museum was closed, but who really goes to Yellowstone to seee a museum!? The geothermals and mountain scenery were great, and the trip was very worthwhile!
