Honestly, when my family would always come here we would always make a stop at this place being that it was right by old faithful. It is worth it to walk into it and get a break from the hot sun! and to see how it was constructed it is amazing!

It was humongous! Gorgeous! Elegant! I loved everything about it. Store, restaurant, lounge, Art, tour on your own to view the old rooms to stay in and beautifully huge windows to look out of. One fault.....minor......young waiter was unfriendly in the lounge.

This place is great to wait while you wait for the geyser to erupt. The decor ambience and service is great.

Plan to spend a few hours in this area. There are numerous springs, pools, geysers, plus the Inn itself to explore in this area. Wear good walking shoes!

The Old Faithful in offers many advantages. You can stay here the summer and feel a little closer to how people seeing the park in the early 1900s stayed (with the added benefit of plumbing!)You get to see Old Faithful erupt multiple times, as well as increasing your chance at seeing many of the other geysers in the Upper Geyser... You will get a crick in your neck admiring the lobby at Old Faithful Inn. Great service, great food, great decor, in our first National Park.

The inn is historic and impressive in it's architectural design. (a large log structure). It's a little on the noisy side if you want to sleep there, but it's very charming. Of course, it is near the famous geyser, Old Faithful and your would not want to miss seeing that go off, which happens about every 110 minutes.

Arts & Crafts style, right at Old Faithful, good food -- don't miss it.

Going back in time...what a beautiful Inn. The fireplace is massive. Sit on the porch maybe with some hot cocoa...and think what it might have been in the OLD days,,.
