July, 2009, my daughter and I drove through Tioga Pass on our way to our vacation in Yosemite National Park. We spent several hours here in this mountain paradise and it was well worth the time. The most scenic, most beautiful I have ever seen. When you get a chance, please drive this pass and you will absolutely thank me for this. It is restricted from November-May( or April) due to snow. If you drive Summer time...Oh my...it's like a dream. You will see beautiful rock formation, river, beautiful greenery. Just gorgeous. more
